Founding
In 1996, David Marsh & Jeff Rickard made the decision to leave a larger trial firm, to go out and just represent people and businesses. They went with a mindset of starting a firm, where they could really focus on the needs of those that needed their help.
We Try Cases
Marsh, Rickard & Bryan started small, just three of them, and immediately began to not only handle cases, but try cases. representing individuals, families and those in truly tragic situations and circumstances.

What speaks loudest and proves the point that we have become a credible top flight law firm is that every case we have, comes from other lawyers, judges or other clients. We do not have any billboards, we’re not on television. Our business model is strictly referrals from people that we’ve represented in the past or their families, other lawyers, and judges.
