Paul provides a unique blend of art and science tailored to our clients from the moment their case arrives at our office.
Paul holds the position of director for trial and litigation technology. He plays a crucial role in driving technology and innovation across all areas of our work. Paul joined the firm in 2019 and utilizes his skills to support our attorneys in depositions, arbitrations, and most importantly, help clients tell their story in trial. He creates customized visual aids and demonstratives to help juries and witnesses fully comprehend and visualize the facts of a case.
Those familiar with Paul can confirm that he goes to great lengths to support our lawyers in achieving victory in court and is renowned for his ability to bring tranquility to even the most intense trials.
After having his own litigation and technology consulting firm for over 15 years, he joined MRB. He has provided consultation and support for over 350 trials, focusing on trial technology and jury selection. Paul’s extensive litigation experience spans over 20 years and includes both state and federal courts across the country. His involvement in various cases includes product liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, bad faith insurance, bus and trucking accidents, and many more.
Paul frequently engages in CLE programs and has delivered presentations on trial technology to judges, law firms, and law schools nationwide. He currently holds membership in the American Society of Trial Consultants.
Paul obtained a B.S. degree from Samford University. Outside of work, he finds joy in church, sports, running, and above all, spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
